The Last Mile
I AM is about people with fractured lives and broken dreams yet they all dream. The Film shows people often do not know what’s right or do the right thing….but in their vulnerability and brokenness is where their beauty lies.Today we completed the DI of the entire film I AM. By DI I for those unaware of technical terms, it is where we do all the color grading and effects for the entire film . This could happen because of the participation of all of you. Next week we start the final Dolby of the film and by the end of the month the film will be ready. This journey that started last year May has been an extremely humbling experience for us here at Anticlock films. The love and trust we received from all will be treasured by us forever.
This way of making cinema with citizen participation is unique and can become an alternate mode to independent cinema. This film is a film about hope not only in terms of the content but also in terms of participation by you all my audience. That is when we start the final phase of marketing, publicity, PR and finally distribution and release of the film.
For this final stage before finance comes in thru sales we need all of you to once again participate in this process of film making. We request all of you to contribute Rs.1000 and above in the name of ANTICLOCK FILMS and send it to us. At 181 PARIKH BUNGALOW, AARAM NAGAR II, MUMBAI 4000 61. You would be credited as CO-OWNER AT THE BEGINING OF THE END ROLL of the film AND on our website. We hope to release the film by end this year.
